What is your Refund Policy?

Doographics values every customer and works hard to provide customers with an enjoyable experience using Doographics products and services.

Doographics offer a free trial version, so customers can ‘test-drive’ them before deciding to purchase. These trial versions have no functional limitations, only a watermark appearing on finished media or a use limit. All this helps customers make an informed purchase decision and avoid buying the wrong product for their needs.

Money-Back Guarantee

It’s because of this ‘try-before-you-buy’ system that Doographics provides an up to 45 days free trial period. Doographics provides an up to 30-day Money Back Guarantee on subscription.and Doographics doesn’t provide any refund on Custom service .Refunds on subscription plan will be approved within this guarantee only under the accepted circumstances below. If a purchase should exceed the specified money-back-guarantee period, no refund will be given.

Non-technical Circumstances:

  1. A customer refund request on complaint of credit card fraud/other unauthorized payment. As Doographics cooperates with an independent payment platform, it’s impossible to monitor authorization during payment.
  2. A refund request claiming the failure to receive registration code within two hours of the order having been successful. Ordinarily, once an order has been validated, Doographics system will automatically send a registration e-mail within 1 hour. However, sometimes the arrival of this registration e-mail can be delayed, due to delays caused by the internet or system glitches, email spam settings, etc. In this case, customers should contact the Support team.
  3. If a file created /downloaded during the active Doographics pro subscription is of inappropriate quality. Doographics can refund such a file to the customer’s account or provide the user with a paid content file for free.
  4. A customer has a ‘change of mind’ after purchase.
  5. Doographics Product price differences between different regions or price differences between Doographics and other competitors companies.
  6. A refund request for part of a bundle. Doographics cooperates with a third party payment platform which does not support any partial refund within a pro subscription plan; whereas, Doographics may refund the whole bundle after the customer has purchased the correct plan.

Technical Circumstances

  1. A refund request due to technical trouble, with the customer refusing to cooperate with the Doographics support team in attempts at troubleshooting by declining providing detailed descriptions and information regarding the problem, or refusing to try to apply the solutions provided by the Doographics support team.
  2. A refund request for technical problems after the software has been updated if the order exceeds 30 days.

Consequences of violation of terms

We may without notice to you, suspend your Service, or remove any materials transmitted via the Site if we discover facts that lead us to reasonably believe the Site service is being used in violation of these Terms. You agree to cooperate with our reasonable investigation of any suspected violation of these Terms. We will attempt to contact you prior to your suspension; however, prior notification is not assured.

You acknowledge that your use of the Service is conditioned upon your compliance with these Terms and any use of the Service in violation of these Terms will not only be regarded as a breach of these Terms but also as an infringement of the Company's copyrights in and to the Service. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to the Service without notice if you violate these Terms, and/or to pursue other remedies at law or in equity.

You acknowledge that we may delete your account for any reason or for no reason at all, and if we delete your account as provided in these Terms (for example because of your violation of our Copyright Policy), the Company shall have no obligation to make any refund to you.
